You don't need SQL server to use Access as a data source.

i want to create a registration form also where users can register and
login and be able to upload their
files n all

Honestly speaking, it will be a *long* time before you are ready to manage
this. Get busy studying your HTML and CSS now. The server-side stuff will
come much later.
