Default Table Scrolling - 07-15-2003 , 12:10 PM

Hi, just a question about tables - is it possible to make them scrollable???

For example having some content in the middle of a table that can be
scrolled up and down?

If so, how can this be done?

Thanks alot for your help.

Yup, you can either use one of two options, an iframe or a scrolling layer.

You can get the FREE iframe extention from www.projectseven.com. Also on
the same site, under tutorials, you can learn how to build a scrolling
layer.

the iframe is the simplest but is not compatible with nn4x if you are
intending to support that browser. The iframe is pretty simple to
implement. Just install the extention, Insert>Floating Frame. Fill in
the attributes for the iframe. Thats it.

There's a third way, with CSS -

http://www.projectseven.com/whims/tblscroll/

Support will also be limited, however.
