Default table not showing in netscape - 11-23-2004 , 02:36 PM

I designed a page using dreamweaver which has a table I am using for the
navbar. Everything shows and works fine in MSIE, but the navbar doesn't
show in netscape. I have tried several different configurations to get this
working, but I can not. I can get tables working in other areas of the
page, but just not where I need it for the navigation bar. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
The site in question is www.dpmreappraisals.com. Currently the index.html
is deformed from testing, but if you look at say what.html you can see
how it should look if you use MSIE

Thanks
Jeff

depending on which version of NS, you may have run into a barrier regarding
css.
try removing the style for the div first and then the link as well.

I am using netscape 7.2. I have already removed the styles and divs and
even created a new table without any special formating and it does not show
either. If you look at the page at www.dpmreappraisals.com/index.html, you
can see the new table that is not in a div or classes etc. if you go to
www.dpmreappraisals.com/what.html , you can see how the page is supposed to
look if you use MSIE as your browser.

actually I just noticed that the navbar I am wanting to see is to the right
side of the Logo instead of under them. So they are showing, just not in
the right area.

Thanks

I get no difference between any of the versions in either IE6 or NS7.1.

The glaring error is with the css hyperlink styles. These are adding a
coloured underline to the link onMouseOver. But, with the downside of moving
the adjacent links down, or enlarging td's. Thereby causing links to leap
about the page. Most disturbing.

Positioning is something only you can solve, P7 have a good extension (on
the MM site), snap layer, which will allow you to 'anchor' a layer to a
named object.
