Synchronize Problem

I am unable to synchronize Dreamweaver with the server. I can transfer files
manually but the synchronize does not work. I am able to create new files and
folders on the server and to delete them. It worked fine up until this week
and suddenly stopped working. I turned off my firewall, virus protection, and
spyware programs but still no luck. The error I get in the log says "Files Not
Updated Due To User Interaction". What does that mean?
