Synchronization on V8 does NOT WORK properly

I am very frustrated with the new version of Dreamweaver.

I have reverted to using MX2004 becasue SYNCHRONIZATION DOES NOT WORK on V8.

Example

folder of 770 files that I made changes to on all files.

On Dreamweaver 8 it will only show 40 or so as needing stnchronization with
the others all marked as resolve and saying that both files have changed on my
server and my computer. If I look at files on server creation or mod date has
NOT changed. So when I open old Dreamweaver and SYNCHRONIZE the same folder of
770 files it shows that 770 need to updated on the server which is correct.

Why doesn't this work on the new Dreamweaver 8.

This is very important to me as I often modify and upload many thousands of
files and now I must go back to the old version of Dreamweaver MX2004.

Same thing has happened on 5 different servers and always the old software
gets it right but not new version.

Will this issue be addressed so I can use the new software?
