Suggestions for a solution to this request

I have been informed that certain information from our database will be
reviewed on a regular bases...so i would like to see if this is soemthing
that can be done or suggestions on where to look...

Scenerio is Manager runs a query and gets 10 results back.. instead of
clicking each one to print out the details, is there anyway to combine the
results so they print out individually?

Not sure if that makes sense..

But each results detail page is 5 pages of legal forms.. pre-populated with
data from the tables...

So if they search for a specific date and find 2 records, currently they
have to click on one to view the details, then click the link to print out
the forms.. close that
then click the next one and click the link to print the forms...

So im wondering if there is maybe a way to either add a check box for them
to select the ones they want to print and based on that.. it prints out the
records on the appropriate forms?

any suggestions or links to site that may help would be great.
