Suddenly - Links don't work anymore

:confused; Links on pages that worked previously suddenly won't work anymore.
New links on new pages also won't work. I get an error message - something
about line 14 and Dreamweaver's "Open_Linked_Page" command not working
properly. This is my first site. Was very close to launching it. I am a newb -
please help! By the way, I have not downloaded any extensions.
