Submit Button and Search Question

How do I build a "submit your email" form for a website?

Can I build a search window for a website on a Mac using Dreamweaver MX?

I guess I should have been more specific and ask one question at a time. I
apologize. I want to put a small form on a website with an area that a person
could enter their email address voluntarily and hit submit to become part of an
e-newsletter. I am new to forms. Can anyone please help? Thank you!
