Strange code added to new template pages

Strange code added to new template pages - 07-05-2004 , 05:35 PM

This code is being added to template pages I'm creating...any idea why? I'm
new to templates and have never seen this before. It's absolutely the first
line on every new page in the code:
<%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252"%>

Should I go through evey page and take those out?
