stopping audio

hey,

since we all know how annoying backgroug music on a wesite can be,
i want to give the browser an option of turining off the music,

is there a opposite behavior to "play sound"
that will stop the mp3 from playing after its started?

also, does the play sound behavior stream the mp3
or do you have to wait for it to fully load b4 hearing it ?
