Stopped uninstall midway. Can't re-install

Hi,

I stopped the uninstall process for Dreamweaver midway, and now i can't
re-install the program. The Dreamweaver directory shows only two folders -
Configuration and Downloaded Extensions. I tried to uninstall the rest of it
through Add/Remove Programs, but it stops at 20%, then gives me an error.
Afterward, I know this is not recommended, but I also tried deleting the
Dreamweaver directory and installing it then. Still didn't work. I then tried
to install it under a different directory name, and location, but it still
didn't work.

Can anyone help??????
