Still Not Able to Change Screen Name?

I was trying to post and was having the problem where I'm already logged in,
using a screen name I've used for years, and it was forcing me to enter a
screen name, saying that my sn was already taken. I typed in some quick
characters because nothign else would take, "221sdfasd21", and now I'm stuck
with it.

So it's still not possible to change our screen name???

Yes the web forum. I've had my existing ID (before this one that stuck) for
years, would rather not just create a new ID.

I also prefer visiting the forums as I've been instead of using a newsreader.

It's the same username, which is my email address, just the screen name was changes, I would like to change the screen name back to what it was, which was my first name.

You're nuts. NNTP is the way to go.

Really? Unlike you I have a life outside the forums and don't need a
newsreader for as little as I look in here. Good luck with that though.

Hi,

Interesting, I have a life as well. Something we share in common. Anyway, if
you're running under Windows, you can simply use Outlook Express which is
bundled with XP and below to access the forum.

In your case, this would eliminate the hassle of changing your screen name,
as you can easily do that in Outlook.

Just a thought, it really is quicker, easier to keep important messages
organized, and no delay!

Although you can't change your screen name yourself, you can contact Adobe
Customer Service to help make the change. Keep in mind that since the name must
be unique, you may need to make modifications to your original choice in order
for the name to be accepted. Click the Contact link at the top of the page to
find contact information; I'd recommend you call to speed up the process.
