Startup Layout

I like to eliminate as much as possible from the dreamweaver layout. I like to
have the CODE on top and DESIGN at the bottom, which I can do with the Code and
Design view. However, I also like to eliminate all panels and the toolbar at
the tob (Insert, I believe). For some reason, Dreamweaver doesn't seem to
remember this layout when I restart it. Is there a file I can alter that will
allow me to maintain these settings?
