Starting Dreamweaver

Dreamweaver CS3 The Missing Manual, page 764 reads to start Dreamweaver, then
choose 'Site', 'New Site'.
How do I start Dreamweaver? Don't understand what I'm suppose to click on. Is
anyone familiar with this particular book (and page) on Dreamweaver?

START | Program Files > Adobe > Dreamweaver CS3?

Or perhaps double click on the applications icon, the same way you started
every other program on your computer?
