Spry Tabbed Panels overwritting Flash drop down menu inIE but display fine in Firefox

I am having an issue with Spry Tabbed Panels appearing above a Flash drop down
menu in IE6 & IE7 but it works fine in Firefox. Would someone be able to
educate me on what I can do to fix this problem. The page that is exhibiting

:confused; I?ve add ?WMODE? to my flash menu, also updated
?SpryTabbedPanels.js to version 0.5 ? pre-release 1.6?, but neither way is
helping??.
