Spry Menu & Flash

I created a spry menu at the top of my home page with a flash movie directly
below. The menu works fine in IE, but in Firefox the drop-down menu hides
behind the flash. I tried using wmode=transparent for the flash movie, but the
menu is still hidden in Firefox.

Does anyone know how to get the spry menu and flash to render together
correctly in both browers?

did you change the wmode within both object and embed tags?

object tag:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
embed tag:
wmode="transparent"

hope this helps, although using both tags is not valid mark-up, here is a work
