Spry Menu Bar

Hi!
I have slowly but surely been teaching myself Dreamweaver on the CS3
addition. I uploaded my webpage and have been having a few issues with
my menu bar.
First of all, when I drop down my first selection (which is
contracting) the two options appear at the top of the screen instead
of below the menu bar.
Second of all, when one page is selected on the bar it is impossible
to navigate through the rest of the menu bar.

If anyone could help me that would be amazing!! Also I am totally open
to suggestions if anyone sees anything else wrong with my pages.
