Spry Drop Down Menu Issue in IE

Hello all,

I'm building a site for a pharmacy in Dreamweaver CS3. I've incorporated a
Spry horizontal drop down menu, and have modified its CSS a bit. Everything
works fine in Safari and Firefox, but in IE the submenu boxes are off-position
and the submenu text items are awry. I've been looking online as to which CSS
rules might be the issue, but haven't really been able to lock onto any one in
particular. Or if there is just some additional code I need to put in there to
massage out the IE wrinkles.

The Spry CSS is a little long to paste in here, but if you would like me to
paste a specific part of it, let me know.

No one has any ideas? Someone had mentioned to me that it was some hybrid code
that would have to be inserted to make IE read differently that Safari,
Firefox. Not sure how to go about finding the code I'd need, though.
