Specifying a window size

I have an image the is 7.5 in x 6.0 and I want a link to open a new window in those dimensions. maximized. Any clue how to do that

You cannot know what the size of the image will be in inches. All you can
possibly know are the number of pixels in width and height. Find out what
those dimensions are and use the Open Browser Window behavior to open it.
