Sound on mouseover (Flash) combined with swap image failing

I have read all the recent posts and decided that Flash was the
popular way to go for adding mouse over sound effects!

I also wanted to swap picture and link to email thus:

Unfortunately it plays the sound instantly and then doesn't play on
mouseover.

All of that should be done in the Flash, not Dreamweaver.

ps ... using HTML to resize your graphics is making them distort and render
badly. Use an image editor to make them the size you want, not Dreamweaver.

Thanks very much for the tips...still can't work out why it didn't
run how it was supposed to in theory!
