Slightly OT - Delphi 4 php

'Delphi for php' looks too good to be true and I believe it was very buggy
at the start but now it is in version 2 and Code Gear has recently been
taken over by Embarcadero. I did a bit of Delphi development in a former
existence and I liked using RAD but I'm not sure if it cuts the mustard yet.

I wondered if anybody had any views on it.
