Default sites are gone - 08-01-2003 , 05:23 PM






all the sudden all the sites I have built are gone. was even working in it
today. close the progem, reopened and gone? what could of happened?

Have you updated to 6.01? It's little consolation, but if not there's a
known bug in the 6.0 version that loses the site information stored in
your registry. Not much recourse but to hope that you have all that
login data backed up somewhere.

opened dreamweaver and my sites listing just said. no sites available. I had
like 40 of them or some shit. now I gotta gather up all the ftp stuff again.
no big deal, just a pain in the ass.

"gone" as in "entirely deleted from disc", or as in "not found in the DW
site definitions"?

no I have not upgraded (thought that was only stuff for contribute). maybe
it is a bug. doing it NOW!
