Site file panes switch left and right sides

I am using 2004 7.0.1. My computer was struck by lightening about 2 weeks ago.
I have reinstalled my dreamweaver and the last update. I notice now that my
local files are on the right and the remote files are on the left. I know that
this is the default. But in the past I was able to override this default. I can
not find where this is done in 2004 7.0.1.

I need to change this. I have always worked with Local/Left and Remote/Right.

Can I change this "default" setting?
