It looks very nice to me. I offer a few comments below.

Home Page:
You might consider applying a applying a "display: block;" style to the
left-side navigation links so the entire width of the TD will be clickable.
The edges of the circle in the logo look a little jagged to me.
Can you make the dropdown menu appear closer to target button?

Products:
Products appear priced only in English pounds. That and the use of the pound
symbol as a graphical navigational element might serve to restrict the
potential buyers pool to the English, even though I'm sure you would be
happy to sell to persons outside the UK.

Good job!

IMO:

1.When I mouse over the 'logo' I find it annoying that only the ball changes
color, either have the whole logo change colors OR only change the color
when my mouse is over the logo.
2.I think the font you are using for your top nav is just a bit too small
(same font/size looks ok at the bottom), However you could get rid of the
white border on the box and it may look better.
3. When I increase font size in IE on the Homepage only the 'home' lin kon
the left side increases, - let them all increase at the same ratio.
4. when I click on menu with js turned off it doesn't do anything - at least
let it bring me to the homepage.(or better yet the menu page).
5. when I mouse over the left side nav the color doesn't change till i'm
over the text.
6. Of the four pix on your home page the left one is at a different height.
7. You have too much source code in your homepage 24K - yet your page has
considerably less content.

Looks good. Did you notice that your submenu does not close if the user
mouses off to the side?

Hi,

Have a look at this report that points out where you need to fix some
errors.

As ever Kram the Man gives a thorough check and things to get right, the
bloke should have a site checker badge. The others noticed valid points as
well and I'll chip in with a few because everyone helps me out when I ask
for a check so hey, I'll lend a hand for once.

I'll chip in with a little something,
http://www.polystyreneballs.com/pics1/logott-role.gif looks awful, the
reason it looks so awful is because this
http://www.polystyreneballs.com/backing/front2.jpg looks great. I would get
rid of the popup menu as it has no reason to be there as you are only
placing it there for no reason whatsoever.
http://www.polystyreneballs.com/backing/bot-left.gif needs polishing as does
http://www.polystyreneballs.com/backing/bot-right.gif

The four pics at the bottom don't look great, I would get rid of them or use
them in another way, try making them smaller, less colourful, play with a
few filters and see what you can come up with, I would also have the images
with rounded corners as to blend with the header image.

Codewise you need a doc type, you have a few errors as well but that can be
sorted easily, could I ask you a question? What did you create the css in,
you must of used some software for this because all the classes have weird
names.

This

<meta name="keywords" content="polystyrene letters,concrete formers, coving,

winner, have a good tweak and get back so we can see the improvements.
