Default Simple Question - 05-01-2006 , 03:19 AM

How can I reset the Dreamweaver8 workspace to its default state.

I tried using the Options from the Workspace Layout menu and it doesn't do
what I want it do. I need to completely reset the workspace.

PS. Re-installing doesn't work :|

I checked the help files, I checked the online knowledge base and I searched the forums.

I didn't find anything, can someone please help me or direct me to something that can help me?

Can you define "completely reset"?

PC or Mac?

WINDOW | Workspace Layout, should give you the options. What do you want to
reset?

Its the Windows version.

There is some kind of "bar" that fills the entire left side of the screen.
Clicking on the different layouts changes the layout but the "bar" remains
there. Some where I double clicked something accidentally and the whole thing
just broke so, I want to completely reset the workspace to its default state (
the way it was when I opened the program for the first time).

Thank you

Bar? Like what? Can you take a screensnap and upload it somewhere?

WINDOW | Workspace Layout will take you to the original configuration for
those different kinds of layouts.
