simple HTML email

hello!

i'm looking at doing a simple HTML email for one of my friends companys - he
only wants his logo to appear at the top and a banner with his address details
etc at the bottom.

can some one help me? or point me at a good resource.

i'm on mac osx tiger (the guy who's sending them will be on windows)
