Should I use dreamweaver for java/struts -

Hello
I'm an intermediate/advanced html/css programmer and have used dreamweaver and
homesite for many years. I began working for a company that uses struts/java
for their web site and are currently using Forte for the page building.
I find Forte to be clumsy and would like to use Dreamweaver. However, I'm
wondering if Dreamweaver has the same functionality. We use forte to compile,
debug, and build the war files with ANT prior to launching a new build. Will
Dreamweaver do this? Do I need an extension? Is it built in? About how long
does it take to set up Dreamweaver to work in JSP?
Sorry about the basic questions but I'm a static page builder and am not
completely up to verse in the dynamic realm.

If we use another program to compile, how is it for other development. I've
been working in some jsp pages today but I'm not doing much more than
hand-coding. I'd like to know if it is worth integrating with the servers.
Has anyone tried the Visual Tags for Struts extension by FWA Software?
