Setting Dreamweaver GUI colours

I think it's very odd that the Panel Groups (incl the Property Inspector bar,
the Insert bar etc.,) and the general Dreamweaver interface panels/bars derive
their colour cues from the Windows Display Properties box in Explorer (the
Active Tital Bar item to be precise).

Is there anyway to bypass this feature, so that users can set their own
preferred colour preferences for Dreamweaver's GUI? One can easily end up with
very unflattering (and unfriendly) colour schemes in DWMX if you set even
simple colours like green or red for the Active Tital Bars in Windows.
