Server Side Include problems

In older versions of dreamweaver I used a lot the 'include' function, to
include other html files in an shtml-file.
However, since I've bought Dreamweaver Mx 2004, the 'include' function doens't
work properly anymore.
The include is shown in the 'design' view in dreamweaver, but all that follows
beneath this include has dissapeared.
In the browser all of the content is back on it's place.

Anybody got an idea what may have caused the problem?
