Server Not Responding

Hmmm... thought I posted this last night...

I get a "server not responding..." error when uploading a .cfm file using
Dreamweaver. It has something to do with just this file, as other .htm and
..cfm files seem to work just fine. It is happening over a few days, so I do
not believe it is a server issue. Is there anything about a particular file
that would cause Dreamweaver to kark it? It is only 29k, I am on DSL and have
uploaded .mp3 files 100 times the size.
