Server Model SSI trouble

whenever i open a HTML page or save one , i get an error saying that.......................

TypeError: dw.getThirdPartyNonEmptyScriptModelTags is not a function

and i check the file out and went to line 16 and this is wot it sayz....................................

16 - var ignoreTagArray = dw.getThirdPartyNonEmptyScriptModelTags();
17 - ignoreTagArray.push("script");
18 - ignoreTagArray.push("style");
