Don't bother. You can't do it. Applications are specific for an OS and a
processor. Macintosh don't run Windows and use another kind of processor
(PPC). You can, of course, buy Virtual PC but if you are going to use a G5,
then you are out of luck until VPC 7 is released by Microsoft (which should
take a month or two - or three...).
However, you can take all your files...

actually, it doesn't make a lot of difference afaik.
As far as i know- earlier versions of dreamweaver, the serial numbers are
unique and not interchangeable between mac/pc. So if you are using MX, your
windows serial will not be accepted on the mac, if you get a mac installer
to put the app on the mac.

with MX 2004, both installers are on the CD and i think the serials are
cross/platform (not sure). But- the holdup is the Authentication system that
dials home. You are allowed to install MX 2004 on two machines, but it only
works if they are the same os. If you first install 2004 on windows, any
later install/authentications of it must be on windows. Trying to install on
mac, it will return a "no available licenses" or similar words saying "no
way" when you try to authenticate the install.

(and a side note- if it is 2004 version, go under the help menu and use the
manage the license link to de-activate that license before uninstalling)

If you must do this, contact customer support, and ask to do a
cross-platform swap.
