serial number

I have a copy of dreamweaver studio educational version. Running win98. I had
to format my drive recently and am reinstalling everything at the moment but
with dreamweaver when I get to name, company and serial number and enter the
details the "next " button just stays greyed out and I can't install. I had no
problem before and no other problems with any other installations. Any clues?

The S/N is on the CD sleeve of the original CD. You do have that, don't
you?

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Macromedia - they can tell you what it is
from your registration information.

I think it'll remain grey until the number is correct. Make sure it is,
e.g. that you're not confusing "0" with "O" (zero with capital "O"),
etc, and that you have the correct number of characters.

Serial number is with the packaging for the software.
