sending an email confirmation

I've searched on the web. I'm clueless when it comes to coding. Who can help me
add some code easily? We have a feedback form. It is setup to send an email to
us with the info the user typed in. But, we also want to send them a
confirmation saying ok, we got your info. How do I do this? Like I said, I'm
clueless to codes (besides HTML) so you gotta spell it out for me. Thanks!!

forms up, so whatever is there already, I didn't do.
