Scrolling Top & Bottom frames together

Scrolling Top & Bottom frames together - 09-01-2004 , 11:19 AM

I'm having troouble getting scrolling to work with BOTH my top frame
and bottom frame. I have a navigational bar in my top frame which
loads the pages in the bottom frame. I can get the bottom frame to
scroll on it's own, but for appearance, I want them to scroll
together. What can I do? Thanks.
