I wouldn't put it past them. I was going by the only Marquee tag that I must
look at - one that a client added to his web site after the fact. It's an
eyesore. AND it doesn't work in Opera. I try not to look under the hood now
that I know he's playing with our beautifully written code because last time
I did that I got some kind of a nasty rash on my eyeballs :-/

Not in Opera. In Opera they are static, not scrolling.

<marquee><blink>foo</blink></marquee>

Works in Opera (7.53) and Firefox (0.9.2).
