Scrolling hyperlink-How to make it - 06-04-2008 , 02:32 PM

Scrolling Link-Is there an easy way to make a scrolling link such as in
www.DianaHunter.com? In FrontPage I use a web component which is quite easy.
Do I need to get a java script and if so, which one and from where? Thanks so
much.
