Template engine for AD?

please, does Adobe Dreamweaver has a web template engine?

A web template engine process dynamics templates, that process their own
static templates, and that process static web page. For example, Content System
Management has web template engine.

So does Adobe Dreamweaver can only process static templates? Any information
will be very appreciate.

No. It's not a CMS. It's an HTML editor.

You could use DW to write your own template engine, or write templates for
an existing engine.

It does have DW templates, which are 'sort of' like a CMS template engine,
except it's a client side system on the developer's end (so you'd use it to
publish static sites).
