scrollbar question

hi -
i am bringing a text file in to a cell in a table using php. i want to be able to scroll the text in that cell with a scrollbar. is this possible? how do i do it?

Put it into a div with a CSS declaration of overflow:scroll. Be aware that
this may not work on V4 browsers or earlier.
