Scroll bar problem

on my homepage I have a background image which fills the screen and an iframe
within the centre of the image which contains all my details.

My problem is the scroll bar at the side of my homepage is there and it
shouldn't be, It just means that if a user were to scroll down the page the
background image begins to tile which making the site look a little poor, Is
there a way to turn off the scroll bar or to make dreamweaver stop tiling its
background images.
