Script to upload files

A client wants to allow visitors to look for a file on the local PC & upload
or email it to them.
Can someone point me to some script that will allow this?

I use Forms to Go (www.bebosoft.com/products/formstogo/). It's a great form
emailer (PHP, ASP and PERL) and has a simple to set up UPLOAD FILE
capability. You can have it emailed or store it on the sever. Or both.
