Default scaling the page size when the browser window is scaled - 11-15-2005 , 07:18 AM






Hi does anyone know how i can get the page in dreamweaver to scale when viewed
in browser.
I have a rectangular page which i want it to stretch as the browser window is
stretched.
i don't know how to do this .... please can anyone suggest something. Thanks

yes stretching like that. i have a page designed where there copy is in a square and i want that sqaure to stretch with the browser page..so what source code would I need to use then? 'div style'?

so basically i would like the design in the browser to end on the light grey
box and not show the dark grey background beneath. So the light grey box would
scale with the window as well as the whole thing.

Ugh. That page is a morass of nested tables. You are talking about
vertical stretching? See this -
