SBC Yahoo! Bug?

Does anyone have it?

Can you please check www.petpiazza.com and check a few pages to see if the
scroll bar up arrow is working. I had a member email me saying this was
disabled when she scrolled down the page, and tried to scroll up - it was
grayed out.

Any ideas on that?

It works fine here with Win-XP Pro, IE6, and over an SBC Yahoo DSL line.
