Saving a template

Hi,

I'm getting an error while attempting to save a file as a template:

"There is an error at line 70, column 7, (absolute position 3470) [path + file
name here] : Nested editable regions"

Line 70 of the code seems to be <body>. Within it I have a few <div> tags
that refer to the CSS layout of my page.

Any ideas what's going on here? I do get to save the file.
