Default Saving glitch in DWMX2004 - 11-07-2005 , 06:04 AM

Hi. We're having a problem with DWMX2004 on one workstation here. Presumably I
can fix it by reinstalling it, but I'd rather find a solution in case it occurs
again. Basically the user reports that it works normally, apart from when he
tries to save a document. When he does, nothing happens. DW thinks the document
has not been saved (star next to it on the document's tab) yet looking into the
directory structure, the document has been saved according to it's time stamp.

Also, as DW thinks it hasn't saved the file, it will not allow a F12 preview
file in a browser.

Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

PREFERENCES | Preview in browser > enable temp files

Such persistent 'dirty' files usually always happen when files contain bad
HTML. Can you show me one of these files, please? Also, are you using
server-side includes?
