"save before preview" prompt even though pg saved?

Using DW 7.0.1 on Windows XP - when trying to preview page in browser, I always get the "save this page" prompt even though it is already saved - what gives? This step is annoying.

EDIT | Preferences > Preview in Browser > Enable Temp files....
