i opened this thread and still all in the site are messed up..someone help me

At some point you are going to have to learn HTML and CSS.

Concept one -

Resolution has nothing to do with anything other than the maximum practical
browser width on that screen.

Concept two -

Background image tiling is simple to control with CSS -

body { background-repeat:no-repeat; }

sorry man, i am not the expert but i have done some websites projects and i am
still learning...i have done that its ok now my background doesnt repeat but
its off centre .....the way u done it its centre only the background and when i
am putting my files they are all messed up after

is there any way i can put it centre without putting it in <div id> ?
