Is it possible to rotate text or a text box in Dreamweaver MX? I would lie to put text over a photo at a 45 degree angle.

Nope. It's not possible in HTML or CSS - at least in any well supported
way.

Check that your host supports php (most do).
Make various images in Fireworks or Photoshop with the text (you can't
do that in html). make them have same dimensions. Put them in a
designated folder. Get the "rotate.php" script here:
http://automaticlabs.com/products/rotator and put in the same directory.

Have you used this, Dan? Is it resampling the image?

"Used" is not right tense.
I just placed it in a few image folders a few hours ago. You can look at
e.g. http://www.proformica.com/vietnam.shtml and do a refresh now and then.

I'm not sure what to look for - are you meaning the body background?

No. The "main" images will rotate when you reload the page.
Works well here.
