Default Root Folder - 11-23-2004 , 10:59 AM

When I am using a template to create a site, the links don't work correctly
when I organize the different pages into folders. (ie. staff, events,
newsletter...etc.) On the first "level", my root folder, the template works
fine, it adds all of the correct links, but if I am in a sub folder (ie. events
folder), the template is trying to find for example, the index.htm page in that
events folder, but really it is in the root folder. Is there a way to get the
template to go automatically back to the root folder with a comand and always
start from there when creating link structure? If anybody know, I will be
extremely grateful!

Alex

Does that make sense?

The easiest way is to use site-root relative links which are valid from
all site sub-folders.
