Romanian language

What extensions does the latest Dreamweaver need in order to be able to create
pages in Romanian? It should get spell-checking in Romanian at least, and
setting of selected text to a certain language.

By "setting selected text to a certain language" I mean setting language for
text, so that the editor will know how to spell check it (I didn't mean
translating it). Does Dreamweaver do this?

Just being able to enter text in Romanian is not sufficient for me, as volume
of text is exceedingly large and spell checking is essential. Can you advise,
should I look for a Dreamweaver special edition that might include Romanian?
I've seen on the web "Adobe Romania", but couldn't find much about.
